I managed a last minute reservation for lunch (at Crystal Jade Dining In) but it turned out the dim sum wasn't as fantastic today! I wonder if it was due to the fact it was a public holiday and the kitchen staff were overworked? Mum and bro ordered pig trotters in vinegar and they claimed it wasn't up to standards. I wouldn't know cos I'm not a pig-trotters-in-vinegar kinda girl.
