Our hair & make-up artist brought us to Geylang today - for lunch (lah). The sar pou fan (claypot rice) was great! As with all the other dishes, with exception to the fried chicken that was a tad too salty for my tastebuds.
The chicken was tender, the rice was well-cooked, the baby kailun was nice... mmmm... I don't remember when sar pou fan tasted this good! *laughs* Then again, I've never been a fan of claypot rice/dishes.
Anyway, here's what else I discovered today:his ashtray in the car. Yes, the 'spill' (of ice lemon tea) on the top of the can is deliberate; it's to snuff out his ciggies.
Ingenious? Or just plain disgusting? Go figure.
