Look Ma, I shredded a cheque!

I have this habit of tearing up empty envelopes because I think dumping a crumpled envelope takes up too much space in the wastebin. Yes, I'm anal like that. I did just that today. Without realising I've forgotten to remove the cheque in it. Clever, huh?
