I went to see a Dermatologist this morning and the whole experience cost me $271. OK, for someone who uses a Garnier facial cleanser, $271 is a huuuuuge amount to pay out in 10min.
I could tell that the doc was a little surprised to hear I was skeptical with fade creams because that was exactly what he was recommending for a start! Oh, and I wonder if he actually secretly sneered upon hearing that I'm using a Banana Boat sunblock lotion! He also asked the type of cleanser, toner and moisturiser that I use and again, I bet he was trying so hard not to giggle when I mentioned I'm a fuss-free person who uses only 1 regular facial cleanser.
Anyway, he thinks my virgin skin would react well with the creams... *raises one eyebrow* ah well, we shall see. I'll give it a chance.
The diagnosis? Doc thinks the tiny freckles would disappear with the creams but the big one on the right of my face - tough luck... although he also said we'll re-access the situation a month later. If all else fails, I could choose to go for laser treatment (which would set me back $500) *sighs*
I'm about to blow $1,600 on an LV Galliera PM and think it's all worth it; while my heart aches, thinking how much more I'd be spending on my face! (which supposedly should be way more important than owning a bag?!) *seesh*
Who said women are only concerned about beauty? Yes, I'd like to be well-groomed but I'll also like to have the IT bag as part of my daily essentials. Is that too much to ask for?
