Was watching an episode of 'Nigella Feasts' on cable last night and I'm all ready to whip up a cheesecake again *grins* She just reminded me of how easy it was to make one.
Yes yes, I've tried my hands at one, but it's either too sweet or too soft! *sighs* So when she came on and demo-ed a chocolate cheesecake, I knew I had to have it on video with my handy SE810i! *laughs*
