Me Time!

Mum and I headed to Kenny Rogers for lunch today. 1/4 chicken with 2 side dishes... mm mmmm... oh alright, it wasn't thaaat fantastic but it was a rare Sunday off for me *smiles* Any time out is good.

And then mum decided she wanted to buy some flour from Tangs (yeah, you didn't read wrong: f-l-o-u-r). She's been visiting Tangs basement for a while now, to watch the cooking demos. She would come home and tell me how easy it is to pop some corns and make chiffon cakes, etc.. all with THAT wok. She didn't buy the wok, nooo... and the salesman thought she's always there to sample the food! *laughs* So anyway, she was rather impressed with the flour that he's been using... so there you go. Now that we've bought three packs of XO Crispy Flour, let's see what's cookin' this week *winks*
