Spotted him twice! And always around my office vicinity.Then I came across some student journalists who were interviewing him... and then they decided to interview me too! (Cos I was snapping away with my K810 as usual)
So, what's his story? He thinks the compartment box on the back of the bike looks really awful (black and all), so he decided to cover it up with some sunflowers. And when he was done with that, he figured might as well cover up the rest of the bike... and throw in a matching helmet and jacket!
